The number of credits being offered will be available once the agenda is finalized.
AHLA is in the process of applying for Continuing Education Credits for the Virtual Program. Participants will be able to receive credits for the live virtual event and/or sessions watched on demand. Participants must fill out a Request Form and be completed when your live and/or on demand sessions are COMPLETE. Participants must fill in the requested information, esign, and submit in order to receive credit.
- Indicate each session attended and the number of minutes attended. If the full session was attended, please put in the maximum number of minutes available (number only). You will receive credit based on the actual amount of time in each session. If you do not indicate the amount of time, you will not receive credit.
- Fill in the correct Attendance Verification Code for each session you are requesting credits for. The codes will be randomly shown during each session. Participants will need to write the code to fill in on the request form. We will also be tracking sign on and sign off times of participants for each session – live or on demand.
