With AHLA's new membership dues structure, registration rates are based on membership tier - Premium, Enhanced, or Full. 

Special Educational Package
We are pleased to offer a special educational package. Everyone who registers for the Annual Meeting will be able to "add on" the In-House Counsel Program for FREE. The In-House Counsel Program will be split between two days - July 9 and July 16.  That’s two great programs filled with the excellent cutting-edge educational content that you have come to expect from AHLA.

Register for Virtual Annual Meeting - All registrations for the Annual Meeting will now be taken through Matchbox Virtual Media. Those registering after Friday through Matchbox will be invoiced for registration. Registering through Matchbox will allow participants to view the presentations. Access to the program materials and attendee directory will be open once you are registered and invoiced by AHLA.

Program Materials

All registrants will receive an email a week prior to the program with a link to the materials. This website is for attendees only and is not posted to the public. You must have the direct link to the website. The link is also available in registrants 'myAHLA' accounts, under the My Events tab. The email will come from AHLA Member Services Center. To ensure registrants receive this email and is not caught by a spam filter, please white list msc@americanhealthlaw.org.

Cancellations, Substitutions, and Transfers

Cancellations must be received in writing by June 22 and sent to Dorothy Johnson: finance@americanhealthlaw.org. Registration fee for just the In-House Counsel, minus the $50 administrative fee, will be refunded approximately 3-4 weeks following the program in the same form of tender as the original payment. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after the cancellation date.

Substitutions will be accepted, in writing to AHLA (finance@americanhealthlaw.org), up to 2 business days prior to the event date on a one time basis. Note, that the registration fee is based on AHLA membership tier of the individual who actually participated in the program. Non-member substitutes will be charged the fee difference if they are substituting for a member-discounted registration.

Transfer to an upcoming event within one year of equal or higher value is available on a one time basis only, and should be received in writing to AHLA (finance@americanhealthlaw.org). An administrative fee of $100 will be charged for a transfer request.
