Important Notice

Tuesday, March 24, 2020:
AHLA has been actively monitoring reports from the CDC, the WHO, and other organizations related to COVID-19. In response to recent developments, including bans on travel and group gatherings, AHLA has made the difficult decision to not hold our upcoming Health Care Transactions program on April 20-22 in Nashville.

What happens next? Although we are not able to be together in Nashville, we are excited to bring the exceptional content that you need directly to you in your office or home. Join AHLA on April 20-22 for a live virtual Health Care Transactions program. The speakers, the materials, the access to colleagues, and the continuing education credits will all be available.

To sign up for the virtual program, you don’t have to do anything. Everyone who has registered for the in-person program will automatically be registered for the virtual program. The registration fees paid for the in-person will be applied to registration for the virtual program and attendees will receive a credit for the remainder of the fees paid towards a future AHLA program. The virtual program will also be available on-demand so you can go back and watch it on your own schedule.

If you are not available for the virtual program and would like to receive a full refund of the registration fee you paid, please complete the refund request form by April 10, 2020.

Please note, we have alerted the JW Marriott Hotel of the program cancellation. Reservations for all attendees, who made a reservation through the AHLA room block, will automatically be cancelled. Attendees who did not book through the AHLA block or are staying at hotels other than the JW Marriott will need to cancel their own reservations. Also, individuals will need to cancel their own airline reservations.

We know that the work our attendees do to advise and support the health care industry is critical during this time and we hope that you will continue to rely on AHLA resources. We look forward to “seeing” you on April 20-22 at the Virtual Health Care Transactions program.
